Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for an HR & Operations Administrative Support (Independent Contractor). Responsibilities include supporting the employee lifecycle by posting job ads, assisting with hiring processes, preparing and sending contracts, onboarding new agents, managing system access, preparing and reviewing payroll, and supporting workforce performance and attendance tracking.

This role will also assist with performance review coordination, employee relations support, terminations and offboarding processes, and ensuring all system access and tools are properly revoked when contracts end. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting leadership and operations teams.


Qualifications


* Strong organizational and process management skills
* Experience supporting HR, recruiting, operations, or administrative functions
* Experience with onboarding, offboarding, or contract coordination
* Experience working with remote teams is a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Full Proficiency in English
* High school diploma or equivalent;
HR or administration certifications are advantageous


Requirements =


* PC or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
* At least 200mbps internet speed
* Headset
* Dual screen setup
* At least 3+ years of experience in HR support, recruiting support, administrative, or operations roles
* Professional English Level


What we will offer you =


* You will be working as an independent contractor (MEI), providing services between 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time
* You get paid R$ 6k (six thousand brazilian reais monthly)
* Paid major US holidays
