Since its inception, Euro Latina Finance has advised c.30 successful transactions on a total of c. 80 M&A projects, including some of the most complex, transformational, and landmark cross-border deals into/from Latin America such as the acquisition of Walmart Brasil by Advent (US/Brazil), the restructuring of Vale New Caledonia (France/Brazil) or the advisory over 8 years of French industrial laundry group Elis on its build-up strategy in LatAm (8 transactions of all sizes including the #1 and #2 players of the sector).

The Role: M&A Analyst
The Analyst will be involved in a portfolio of transactions in Latin America and in Europe, with a primary focus on Brazil and Colombia.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Analyzing companies’ financial statements and building financial models
* Preparing transaction related supporting materials and analysis
* Taking an active role in transaction execution by participating to clients’ or advisors’ meetings, preparing project-related materials (CIM, Teaser, Management Presentation, Pitch Book, List of Potential Investors, etc) and coordinating diligence and presentations to various projects’ stakeholders
* Preparing proposals and presentations to clients and prospects (Pitches)
* Managing the interns’ workflow and coordinating their work

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline from a leading university
* 2-3 years of previous experience in Investment Banking (M&A) or Private Equity
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full fluency in Portuguese and English; fluency in French and/or Spanish is a strong plus
