Software Development Manager
This role oversees daily operations, provides strategic leadership, and drives initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Technical leadership: Lead complex projects, offer suggestions, technical guidelines, and feedback to ensure quality, performance, and security.
* Project Management: Ensure valuable deliveries, timelines, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, and collect lessons learned.
* People Management: Evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, motivate the team, provide career direction, and hiring/dismissal process.
