We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our Customer Success Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new financial advisor clients
* Facilitate client relationship management, including offboarding communications and drip message campaigns
* Attend weekly client meetings, take detailed notes, and create actionable task lists
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
