Business Development Leader
Drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Build high-quality pipelines and long-term customer relationships to increase sales revenue and expand our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Present nutritional supplements to customers, highlighting their benefits and applications in the industry.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceuticals within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutrient-rich products and their applications in the industry.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
