We are seeking a Senior Internal Talent Advisor to join our team in Brazil. This senior-level role requires strategic liaison between Client and Randstad, with strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
* Act as primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee performance of recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
