Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and visits
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
* Strong knowledge of hydrocolloid products and their applications
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
