Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Brazil Analytics Center of Excellence within the Global Finance Services. The role manages product costing and related activities in collaboration with global teams, driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes.
What You Will Do
* Coordinate the Product Cost Monitor in partnership with global teams
* Monitor machine costs for current products across supported facilities
* Prepare executive‑level materials and present to senior leadership
* Support financial analyses for the introduction of new products (NPIs) and new sources (NSIs)
* Contribute to strategic decision‑making through financial analysis of cost reduction projects and competitiveness studies across global manufacturing facilities
* Standard Cost Revision (SCR) processes
* Sourcing studies
* Lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects across the organization with a focus on driving operational excellence
* Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on standardization, simplification and automation as part of the Global Finance Strategy

* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills: interpreting complex financial data, identifying root causes and designing alternative solutions.
* Initiative: proactive, self‑starter, seeks opportunities, achieves challenging goals consistently.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree
* Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Pre‑advanced English
Top Candidates will have
* Experience in financial analysis, costs and product structures.
* Proven experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python).
* Focus on process improvement leading initiatives and projects with the team.
* Project management / Black Belt.
* MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or similar.
* Advanced / Fluent English
