Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Solution Delivery Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of a cloud-native SaaS solution implementing FDX APIs, facilitating Open Banking across various financial services institutions in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the operational efficiency of the SaaS solution
* Providing Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring support team members on related workflows
* Participating in application support and resolving customer issues
* Collaborating with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth platform operation
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous leadership experience in a support team
* Experience successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Working knowledge of ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management
* Experience dealing with senior customer management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience
* Proficiency in French (B2 or above)
