Lead Architect Position
We are seeking highly experienced professionals to lead international projects with a strong creative vision, technical expertise and a portfolio demonstrating high design quality.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver major international projects from concept through delivery.
* Ensure alignment of design excellence with client objectives, project vision and brand identity.
* Guide and mentor design teams fostering collaboration across disciplines (engineering, interiors, landscape etc.).
* Oversee project documentation, presentations and client communications.
* Manage design reviews ensuring the highest standards of quality innovation.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 12 years professional architectural experience.
* A background with prestigious international architecture firms is strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated hospitality tourism market experience in hotels, resorts, cultural destinations and mixed-use developments.
* Strong design leadership skills and a portfolio reflecting innovative architecture.
* Proficiency in design visualization tools such as Revit.
* Ability to manage teams, coordinate with consultants and work in different geographies.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
