As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. You will also work closely with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup. They will possess a genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
* Owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
* Enabling successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Maintaining strong communication and presentation skills, thinking strategically, problem solving, and effectively prioritizing work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
