Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; - Good understanding of the Volvo business and the dealer/workshop network in the region; - Experience working with web-based platforms, user administration systems, or digital services; - Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish; - Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously; - Experience in cross-functional teams and comfort working across organizational levels. - Familiarity with Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and/or cTDI is a strong advantage. Activities: - Managing user administration across Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and cTDI — including creating, updating, and removing user profiles and access rights; - Appointing, training, and supporting User Administrators at dealers and workshops throughout the region; - Coordinating with the Central Portal Owner (CPO) on User Administrator profiles, change requests, and system updates; - Promoting the usage of Trucks Portal, Portal Editor, and connected services across the Market Company, dealer, and workshop network; - Creating and prioritizing Change Requests for platform improvements in cooperation with the CPO; - Monitoring support cases and driving initiatives to reduce their volume through process improvement.
