We are seeking a senior internal talent advisor to join our team in Brazil.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
* Act as the primary point of contact between our client and Randstad ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team the pod ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
* Present insights updates and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in staffing RPO or talent consulting firms especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
• Native Portuguese fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail critical thinking and a self-assured professional presence.
• Ability to analyze operational challenges identify risks/opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
• Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
