Project Manager (Remote | Contract)We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to own delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion- Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination- Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve- Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed- Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis- Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability- Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and toolsWhat We’re Looking For- 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives- Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)- Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity- Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs- Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
