Personal Assistant to the CEO of GigaBrands is a full‑time, mid‑senior level position that supports the CEO in achieving strategic goals while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented individual skilled in multitasking and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle all correspondence to ensure commitments are met efficiently.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while acting as liaison with internal teams and external partners.
Assist in project management, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Support the CEO in strategic goal attainment and maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive and flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in project management is a plus
Availability to work additional hours if required
