 * Elicit, analyze and document business requirements for process improvements.
 * Create acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Collaborate with teams to define and implement new functionality.
 * Support the development and execution of test cases and scripts.
 * Analyze defects and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Required Experience & Skills:
 * 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules).
 * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
