Marketing Coordinator: A Key Role in Delivering High-Quality Marketing Materials
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work. The primary objective of this role is to manage internal communication, task coordination, and ensure that high-quality marketing materials are delivered across all service offerings.
* The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and be skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
* They will be able to translate plans into briefs, give actionable feedback, and keep teams aligned while maintaining excellent time management and communication skills.
Main Objectives:
Internal Team Coordination
* Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials.
Resource Planning and Execution
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements.
Organization and Internal Communication
* Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
