An international company in the digital infrastructure and connectivity sector is looking for a Manager of Brand, Communications & Market Intelligence to lead the design and execution of its regional strategy across Latin America.This is a unique opportunity to shape how the company is perceived in the market, managing its brand governance, external communications, PR strategy, and digital channels — while also embedding market insights and competitive intelligence into high-impact decision-making.What You'll Do• Lead brand governance and ensure narrative consistency across multiple countries and platforms• Design and implement PR strategies, digital communication plans, and executive thought leadership programs• Manage corporate communications in Spanish, English, and Portuguese• Integrate customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to guide positioning• Oversee regional PR agencies, digital platforms (web, LinkedIn, YouTube), and newsroom updates• Drive strategic storytelling aligned with enterprise segments such as telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, and data centers• Partner with HR to support internal communications and employer branding efforts• Serve as a trusted advisor in crisis communications and reputation managementWhat We're Looking For• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or strategic marketing• Proven leadership in multinational or regional PR & communications, ideally in telecom or tech• Native-level fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese – verbal and written• Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Salesforce)• Strong ability to translate complex market insights into actionable strategies• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
