Note: This role is remote and open to Latin American developers with strong English communication skills. About the Client: Our client is an established digital agency currently working in a development project that will begin in late 2025 or early 2026 (December–January). The engagement will involve designing, developing, and maintaining websites using Progress Sitefinity DX, a .NET-based CMS and digital experience platform. This is a strategic position for selected developers may initially join client-facing meetings to discuss technical capabilities and project feasibility. Position: Progress Sitefinity DX Developer Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Type: Contract / Project-based (initially part-time for pre-sales, full-time if project is awarded) Start Date: Tentatively November 2025 (ad hoc) – January 2026 (hands-on development) What You’ll Do Participate in technical discussions and presentations during pre-bid and client meetings. Support the definition of technical architecture and CMS setup using Progress Sitefinity DX. Develop, test, and maintain websites and digital experiences using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and Sitefinity APIs. Collaborate with designers, content managers, and other developers to deliver seamless CMS experiences. Ensure code quality, scalability, and security compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in web development with .NET / C# frameworks. At least 3 years of experience with Sitefinity DX, Azure and CMS. Proven experience implementing Progress Sitefinity CMS or DX (preferably v13). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks). Experience with API integrations, REST, GraphQL, and database management (SQL Server). Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication skills in English — ability to interact with clients during pre-sales meetings. Nice-to-Have Sitefinity Developer Certification. Experience in digital agencies or enterprise CMS projects. Familiarity with headless CMS or composable DXPs. Previous involvement in proposal or bid-stage projects.
