This position requires an individual with a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, emphasizing recruitment expertise and proven experience in client-facing capacities. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, fostering relationships with hiring managers, overseeing team performance, analyzing data, and guiding team goals.
* Act as the primary liaison between our organization and stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends.
* Guide the team toward achieving strategic objectives.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Portuguese, fluency in English, and strong attention to detail.
