Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert voice coaching to individuals or small groups in Portuguese, focusing on clarity, fluency, and authentic pronunciation.
* Assess learners' current abilities and design personalized training plans to address their vocal and linguistic needs.
* Deliver interactive coaching sessions using a variety of online tools and methodologies.
* Offer constructive, detailed feedback to support ongoing improvement in verbal skills.
* Collaborate with the customer's team to refine curriculum, contribute to resource development, and ensure consistency in training standards.
* Maintain accurate records of participant progress and session outcomes.
* Foster an engaging, supportive, and culturally sensitive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Native or near-native proficiency in European or Brazilian Portuguese.
* Proven experience as a voice coach, language instructor, or speech specialist.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Strong ability to identify and correct pronunciation, intonation, and articulation errors.
* Comfort using digital platforms for remote instruction and feedback.
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
