Job Summary Responsible for customer service processes, including receiving, critically analyzing, and placing sales orders, as well as preparing and following up on deliveries. Main Responsabilities  Act as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting all steps of the order lifecycle;  Receive, validate, and enter customer orders into SAP, performing critical checks to ensure data accuracy;  Coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Credit, Regulatory Affairs) to resolve any order blocks or issues;  Collaborate with the Planning team to confirm material availability and secure on‑time deliveries;  Create deliveries, manage batch selection, and assist with delivery scheduling when needed;  Issue the invoices;  Record reasons for delivery delays and proactively work to prevent future issues;  Request transportation for finished goods and internalize special customer requests;  Monitor shipments and support customers until delivery is successfully completed;  Keep customer manuals and specifications updated and aligned;  Manage the billing of accounts under your responsibility;  Track and support improvement of Customer Service KPIs, and update procedures and work instructions (ITs). Required Skills and Qualifications: Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service or related fields. Education: bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related area. Postgraduate studies or an MBA is considered an advantage. Customer Support Expertise: proven experience in customer assistance, with a strong focus on after-sales support and problem resolution. Language Skills: advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus. SAP Proficiency: experience with SAP for order management, customer data, and sales processes is highly desirable. Microsoft Office Skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively. Additional Skills: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Lubrizol: Imagined for Life.
