Job Title:
System Designer and Implementer
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
* Design and implement system technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience as a System Engineer in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
