Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- More than 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish language.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
