Our organization is seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer to support and enhance our IT service management environment.
This role involves developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules, as well as performing platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITIL processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
 * Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
 * Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in testing and deployment activities.
 * Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
 * Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Experience & Skills:
 * 3-5 years of Servicenow development experience with ITSM focus.
 * Experience with platform administration and configuration.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and Servicenow scripting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Desired Certifications:
 * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
Compensation:
$15-$20/hour
