1. Process Facilitation & Team Coordination:
* Oversees key program events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
* Manages the ART calendar to ensure timely execution.
* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
2. Culture Development & Knowledge Sharing:
* Mentors teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in agile principles.
* Fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
3. Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
* Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks effectively.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary.
4. Value Optimization & Dependency Management:
* Maximizes value flow across the ART.
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway efficiently.
Effective Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicates with stakeholders and leadership for alignment.
* Links business strategy to technical execution seamlessly.
