Location: Remote (Latin America) – open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and other LATAM countries.
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $32.00 USD per hour (rates vary by location and quality of work).

Required Qualifications
Professional experience: 2+ years of software engineering.
English proficiency: Professional written and reading skills.
Code review skills: Ability to describe, evaluate, and critique code logic and syntax in clear English.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with widely used frameworks and libraries.
What You’ll Be Working On
Our client trains large language models to produce high-quality code. You will act as a subject‑matter expert to ensure the AI’s output meets professional standards.
Evaluating Code Quality: Review AI‑generated snippets for accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Problem Solving: Provide "ground truth" answers for coding problems to train the model.
Optimization: Refactor code to improve performance and scalability.
Test Cases: Write robust tests to verify functionality.
Documentation: Write clear, human‑readable explanations of code and design decisions.
No previous AI experience required!
You do not need to be an AI/ML expert—you only need coding expertise. Detailed instructions and guidelines will be provided upon starting.
