Key Account Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Create and execute plans to maintain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Work closely with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing positions within a rapidly growing startup.
