Cloud Service Delivery Specialist
This remote role involves implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud, with a strong focus on workflow optimization, scheduling, and mobility experiences. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of OFS to support business workflows and operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions.
* Integrate OFS with other cloud applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
* Perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless field operations.
Required skills and experience include 3-5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud, a strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, and experience designing workflows in OFS.
