Role Summary
We're looking for aJunior Recruiterto support end-to-end hiring across technology and advisory roles.
You'll build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a standout candidate experience—working closely with hiring managers and our senior recruiting team.
What You'll Do
Manage job postings, inbound applications, and first-round screenings.
Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping).
Schedule interviews across time zones and keep candidates informed at every step.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track progress against SLAs/KPIs.
Build and present recruiting dashboards & metrics(e.g., time-to-screen, response rate, funnel conversion) for weekly stakeholder reviews.
Prepare candidate summaries and shortlist reports for hiring managers.
Support offer processes (reference checks, compensation inputs, paperwork).
Contribute to employer-branding actions and recruiting events as needed.
Drive process improvement(streamline workflows, standardize handoffs, reduce time-to-screen).
Must-Have Qualifications
Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).
1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition support (internships count).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and basic Boolean search.
Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder-communication skills.
Experience using an ATS and keeping processes well documented.
Basic data/reporting skills (Sheets/Excel, simple dashboards).
Nice to Have
Experience in fast-growing companies(startup/scale-up or high-growth environments).
Participated in an ATS implementation(rollout/config, workflows, training).
Experience with process improvement and SOP creation(designing and maintaining recruiting SOPs).
Talent Mapping skills
Familiarity with tech or consulting profiles.
Experience working with international teams.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Time-to-screen and time-to-slate.
Response rate and candidate experience (CSAT/NPS).
Data quality in ATS (completeness & timeliness).
Pipeline health (volume, diversity, and conversion per stage).
