Business Development & Growth Strategist
CAS seeks an experienced consultant to deliver services combining business development with customer success activities.
* Key Deliveries:
* Customer Success & Engagement: Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for clients, provide guidance to help them realize the full value of solutions, maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts, develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories, conduct prospecting activities including calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions, support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events, represent CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/LEX), provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
This role requires a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience working with customers to deliver successful outcomes.
