Service Delivery Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our customers. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on incident management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services, IT Operations, or Enterprise Support roles serving external customers. A proven track record of creating or improving SOPs/runbooks and training first-line/SRE teams is essential. Additionally, experience maintaining configuration/environment data for customer systems and comfort discussing technical topics with engineers is highly desirable.
