This is a remote opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and contribute to the development of world-class teams. As a Freelance Technical Interviewer, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
You will be working on a freelance, per-interview basis with flexible scheduling. This role offers a unique chance to grow your interviewing and leadership skills while shaping fair hiring decisions for global companies.
Your responsibilities will include conducting structured technical interviews online across various technology roles, evaluating candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving, providing detailed assessments of candidate performance, and staying updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
We are seeking experienced professionals with 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains: Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs), Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs), .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure), C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming), JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript), Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar), Machine Learning / AI Engineers (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Data Engineers (Big Data, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud Data Platforms), Cloud Engineers / Architects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform), Mobile Developers (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift/Objective-C, React Native, Flutter), DevOps / SRE Engineers (CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring, Automation), Cybersecurity Engineers (Network Security, IAM, Application Security), QA Automation Engineers (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API Testing, Performance Testing), Blockchain Developers (Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts), Salesforce Developers / Admins, SAP Consultants, Data Scientists (Statistics, ML, Python, R, SQL).
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of coding, architecture, and design patterns, as well as excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish. You should also be able to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
