Project Leader Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.
* Skills: Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools, strong technical background, and excellent English communication skills.
* Education: College degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification: Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
* Remote Work Experience: Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zones.
