Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and configure systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory solutions.
* Provide expert advice on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures to optimize system performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation throughout the process.
* Monitor time spent on projects against agreed targets to guarantee service efficiency and profitability.
* Regularly report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
