Financial Analyst - Forecasting and Planning
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Forecasting and Planning. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and developing business strategies to drive growth.

* The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Operations or HR Finance Business Partner.
In this role, you will work closely with the FP&A Manager to develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and develop actionable insights.
* You will own Teachable Monthly Labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts.
* You will support the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements and own the monthly updates and analyses.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting)
* Strong modeling (Excel) skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects and to analyze a big volume of data and support on reporting results to senior leadership
