Job Overview
We seek a skilled Agile facilitator to support our Product & Engineering environment. As a Scrum Master, you will work with one to two teams and contribute to the enhancement of Agile practices.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable working with distributed teams.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one team, potentially taking on responsibility for a second team
* Collaborate with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery
* Assist in implementing and adopting SAFe practices across the organization
* Identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress, working to remove them effectively
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Maintain close relationships with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
