Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
* Daily Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for each clinic client, communicating daily via calls, emails, and texts.
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
* Coordinate with Delivery Teams: Communicate findings and improvement plans to the right team members.
