Full training will be provided.Role ResponsibilitiesAiming to send atleast 200 qualified outbound messages per dayRespond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to closeSend daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedInAdding new strategy with new ways to find leads ( using Google or AI)Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)Manage and track leads via CRM.Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-ActionsDaily reporting via SlackWork directly with the business owner.Working Hours5 days per week8 hours per dayUK time focusedExperienceOpen to all experience levelsPrevious outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonusHave worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.Have atleast worked on a DM offer previously.Ideal CandidateStrong written EnglishConfident communicatorOrganised and consistentComfortable using Instagram & LinkedInWilling to learn and follow systemsSalesRewards: Commission Only & No Base.
