2. Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth start within our ecosystem.
3. Collaboration & Business Development: Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, support them in migrating customers to our platform, and monitor their business success.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, and time-management skills in saturated work environments
