Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Developer to join our team in developing a mobile application for a video streaming platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities on client applications, including estimation, design, development, testing, and documentation.
* Collaborate with other software engineers, product managers, and architects in a cross-functional environment to ensure functions and performance meet customer requirements in a cost-effective and maintainable way.
* Provide on-call support, including monitoring, triaging, and resolving production issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in JavaScript and React Native mobile app development (5+ years) as well as at least one of the following: Java/Kotlin or Obj-C/Swift.
* Experience with streaming mobile app development for iOS/Android and TV Platforms.
* Strong teamwork focus and ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.
* Experience with agile development.
* Good verbal/written communications skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with a CICD development environment.
