HubSpot Integration & Data Management
As a Senior Web Developer Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM. This includes ensuring accurate lead capture form submissions and data synchronization, as well as implementing proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpot.
You will work closely with our development team to create custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives, and troubleshoot any data discrepancies that may arise.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers, manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns, and establish development standards, quality assurance protocols and best practices.
You will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.

In this role, you will implement rigorous QA processes before any campaign launch, verify tracking mechanisms, and maintain detailed documentation of tracking implementations and technical specifications.
You will proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact campaign performance, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
