Network Technician - Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access pointsMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issuesPerform network cabling, patching, and labelingSupport LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environmentsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problemsPerform routine network maintenance and upgradesEnsure network security by following best practices and company policiesDocument network configurations, procedures, and changesCollaborate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolutionProvide technical support to end users when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnettingExperience with network troubleshooting tools and techniquesFamiliarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipmentUnderstanding of network security conceptsAbility to read and understand network diagramsGood communication and documentation skillsEducation & Experience:Associate or Bachelors degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)13 years of experience in network support or technician roleCertifications (Preferred):CompTIA NetworkCisco CCNA or equivalent
