* Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and impact while delivering AI projects on time.
* Present AI strategies, solutions, and project outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
Operational Excellence:
* Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions to ensure they perform reliably at scale.
* Develop frameworks and processes to ensure AI models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in AI/ML engineer roles, ideally in consultancy or enterprise environments.
* Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MCP, Azure AI Foundry, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native AI/ML architectures.
* Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle management, including explainability, ethics, and fairness in AI.
* Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript.
