Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Data Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, working closely with product managers and owners.
Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with product managers and owners.
* Work directly with Agile Product Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Leverage reporting tools like Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL to analyze data and create insightful reports.
* Develop roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
* Act as a liaison across business units, information technology, and external stakeholders to investigate relevant information and create recommendations.
* Continuously refine Product Backlog Items with Scrum Teams and subject matter experts to ensure accurate estimation and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Skillset:
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with prioritization and time management expertise.
* Familiarity with cloud data lakes, data warehouse systems, and MS Power BI for business reporting.
* Prior experience working in global, matrixed environments, preferably in Supply Chain domains.
* Knowledge of CPG market trends and customer needs to inform product vision and roadmap.
