The Account Coordinator is a key figure in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Their responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling installations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners.
* Customer Experience Champion: Ensuring that customers receive more than just satisfaction – exceeding expectations at every turn
* Coordinating calls with customers and technicians to maintain a smooth flow and friendly tone
* Scheduling, confirming, or rescheduling installations with precision and flair
* Informing customers of their time windows and ensuring seamless communication
* Distributing routes and job assignments to technicians for the next day
* Obtaining ETA updates from technicians and relaying real-time information to customers
* Responding to emails and assisting with incoming calls when necessary: staying sharp and helpful
* Addressing escalated situations with confidence, empathy, and a calm demeanor
* Maintaining effective communication with clients and business partners to ensure alignment
