You'll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in delivering the right electrical solutions for our projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, manufacturing, and project management), manage sub-contracting activities, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.You'll specifically take care of producing Pure Principle Schemes (PPS), project apparatus specifications, and connector coding specifications, but also contribute to the development of electrical architecture at the train level.We'll look to you for:Delivering high-quality electrical deliverables, including apparatus specifications, cubicle specifications, routing plans, wiring lists, and harness casesEnsuring first-time quality rates exceed 90% and 100% on-time deliveryManaging the configuration of deliverables and ensuring compliance with the Preferred Parts List (PPL)Driving continuous improvement and incorporating Return on Experience (RoE) from previous projectsManaging the Sourcing and Application (S&A) Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of your activitiesOverseeing sub-contracting management and ensuring alignment of inputs and outputsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
