About the Role
As a Senior Talent Development Partner, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate. You will also serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
You will embody an agile, customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.

Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Experience leveraging LMS systems like Docebo, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders.
* Proven ability to analyse training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions.
