Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to combine creative design with project and relationship management. As a Creative Automation & Client Success Specialist, you will work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and client success. Your mission is to help leading brands and agencies scale their creative production using our in-platform design tool.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing high-performance templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translating creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* Partnering with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
Client Onboarding, Training & Success:
You will own the onboarding journey for clients from kick-off to rollout. This involves leading hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns. You will also be a trusted point of contact for questions, support, and adoption guidance throughout the client relationship.
Project & Relationship Management:
You will coordinate onboarding and training timelines, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly with both clients and internal teams. Gathering feedback from clients and translating their needs into actionable insights for our product team is also key. Ensuring clients are satisfied and excited about the value we bring to their creative process is essential.
Innovation & Americas Expansion:
You will be part of our growth story by shaping how creative automation is adopted in the region. Helping refine our approach to onboarding and support for large markets like Brazil and collaborating across teams to continuously improve our workflows and tools are key aspects of this role.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus).
* Experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
* Strong communicator and natural presenter (you'll be leading client calls regularly).
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows.
* Great at managing multiple projects and timelines without losing the details.
* 2+ years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations (agency or marketing team background a plus).
* A fast learner who's excited to grow with us across the Americas.
