* Design and deliver impactful training that transforms performance and strengthens organizational capability.
* Assess skill gaps and business needs to create targeted learning initiatives.
* Develop and scale programs that accelerate internal mobility and build leadership readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full lifecycle of training programs, from needs assessment through delivery.
* Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with department goals.
* Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions.
* Track and improve key metrics, including time-to-perform and training completion rates.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
* Deep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
* Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
* Ability to understand complex information and translate it into clear training content.
